Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the TallTeen mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf.

2. Not medical advice

TallTeen provides general wellness and educational information about adolescent growth, posture, nutrition, and sleep. It is not a medical device, diagnosis, or treatment. Predictions, recommendations, and content in the App are estimates and should not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Always consult a doctor before starting any new exercise, diet, or supplement regime — especially if you have medical conditions.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for safeguarding any credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Some features require a paid subscription processed by Apple's App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Refunds, where applicable, are handled by Apple under their policies.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Use the Service to harm, harass, or impersonate others.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including all content, software, design, and trademarks, is owned by TallTeen and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use.

7. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., photos, journal entries). By submitting content, you grant TallTeen a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion at support@tallteen.co.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee any specific health, growth, or fitness outcome.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TallTeen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TallTeen is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
